RETURN POLICY

 

ALL sold items are FINAL. Refunds and exchanges are not provided under any circumstances; no exceptions! Once an order is shipped, and has been marked as “delivered”, the order will be deemed invalid and not our responsibility. However, we do stand by the quality of our products! 

 

Please contact us if any item is damaged or incorrect immediately. We will exchange it or provide a refund for damaged and incorrect items ONLY!  If not contacted within 24 hours of delivery, your order will be deemed invalid even if it is damaged. If you have any questions, please contact us via email. If you have any changes to your order or will like to cancel it, please contact us immediately.

 

Orders are processed in 48 hours. Once orders are processed, it cannot be changed. Please contact us if you will like to cancel your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is complete. Please check your cart before checking out. Your tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, we cannot and will not cancel your order due to the 48 hours you had to contact us. Packaging can take up to 1-2 days. Shipping can take up to 7 business days. It varies due to location.

 

If any orders are placed on a Friday, it does not get shipped until that following Monday or Wednesday.

 

All orders that are sent back to us due to an incorrect address will result in a $15 restocking and re-delivery fee.

  • How long does it take to ship an order?
    Orders typically take 48-72 hours to process unless on Vacation or Peak Mode. If orders are placed on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will not start processing until that following Monday which means it will not ship until that Tuesday or Wednesday depending on other factors. However, official shipping days are Mondays & Wednesdays. Depending on the volume of the business, there is a possibility that orders can go out the same day.
  • What shipping carriers do you use?
    As of now, we ship only with the United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • What if my package was marked delivered but I did not receive it?
    Your package is most likely still in transit. The USPS tend to mark items as delivered and have not delivered it. Please give it about one to two business days. If your package still has not delivered, please contact to further assist you. If your package is marked delivered, and we do not hear from you stating you did not receive it within 48 hours after it being delivered, we no longer have control over the situation. You will have to contact your local post office for further assistance.
  • Can I receive a new item if the one I have is damaged?
    If your item is damaged, we will send you information to file a complaint with your local post office. Claims usually take ample amount of time to complete. Therefore, please report the damaged item immediately.
  • What can I do if I no longer want the item I purchased?
    Before ordering, please read our return policy. We encourage our customers to read and research before ordering our products. ALL sold items are FINAL!
